How quickly can you respond? +
For new enquiries, we aim to respond within two hours on working days. For existing clients with managed service agreements, our SLAs are defined in your contract — but in practice, a real person picks up the phone.
Do we need to be local to Cirencester? +
No. Most of our managed service is delivered remotely and we have on-site capacity across the South West and Midlands. We work with businesses nationally for fully remote engagements.
What happens on the first call? +
We'll ask about your current IT environment, your biggest frustrations, and what you're trying to achieve. We'll tell you honestly whether Dataplanet makes sense for you — and if not, we'll say so. No pitch, no pressure.
How long does it take to get a proposal? +
Usually 48 hours from the first discovery call, assuming we have what we need. We don't pad proposals out — ours are clear, specific, and easy to compare against what you're currently paying.
